Clinically dosed and transparent — beta-alanine and caffeine are on point. The citrulline is listed as malate (6g of the malate blend is ~3.9g actual citrulline), so it's a touch lighter than the number suggests. Still a solid formula that's cheap to replicate in bulk.

Heavily dosed and transparent — citrulline, beta-alanine and betaine are all at or above clinical levels. Formula-A. Like every mega-tub it's really a bet on the tub tax: the underlying powders are cheap to buy loose.
