"The complete anabolic hormone stack." A 90s bodybuilding legend — 5 proprietary blends, 1 pack.

1 of 10 recognized ingredients hit their clinically studied dose — and at least one amount is hidden in a proprietary blend, which caps the grade at C.

Ingredients vs the studied dose

IngredientLabel doseStatus
Magnesium Glycinate
425mg magnesium — above dose on paper, but oxide is one of the worst-absorbed forms
425mg (oxide)✓ OK
Zinc
25mg zinc — near the 30mg dose, but zinc oxide is poorly absorbed
25mg (oxide)◐ CLOSE
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl)
10.5mg B6 (618% DV) — fine, but below the 25mg therapeutic reference
10.5mg⚠ LOW
Vitamin D3
25mcg (~1,000 IU) vitamin D — half the 2,000 IU target
1000 IU⚠ LOW
Tribulus Terrestris
Tribulus hidden in the 1,500mg blend — the headline 'T-herb' that doesn't raise testosterone
hidden? HIDDEN
Tongkat Ali
Tongkat ali hidden — dose unknown, and it's split with 4 other herbs
hidden? HIDDEN
Fenugreek Extract
Fenugreek hidden in the same 1,500mg blend
hidden? HIDDEN
L-Arginine
L-arginine hidden — the '1,500mg GH support' blend split 5 ways is far below any GH dose (and oral aminos don't reliably raise GH)
hidden? HIDDEN
Ashwagandha (KSM-66)
Ashwagandha hidden in the 500mg 'Restorative' blend — needs 600mg on its own
hidden? HIDDEN
CoQ10
CoQ10 hidden — dose unknown

The verdict

The maximalist version of the blend trick: five named "complexes" — Pro Testosterone, Growth Hormone Support, Aromatase Combating, Hormone Amplifying, Restorative — hide ~20 ingredients behind five total numbers, so you can't verify a single dose. The two ideas underneath are both dated: the "Pro Testosterone" blend is built on tribulus, the single most-studied T-herb and the one most consistently shown to do nothing for testosterone; the 1,500mg "Growth Hormone Support" is just amino acids (arginine, lysine, glutamine, glycine, ornithine) reviving the debunked 90s idea that oral aminos spike GH. What's disclosed — magnesium and zinc — is the cheap, poorly-absorbed oxide form. Cult brand, nostalgia pricing, hidden everything.
