Purple Drank verdict

A refreshingly honest label — fully disclosed and genuinely well dosed. The citrulline (9g) and creatine (a full 5g, which most pre-workouts skip or skimp on) are dialed in, tyrosine is generous, and it adds a real electrolyte profile (magnesium, sodium, potassium) for hydration. Only betaine and alpha-GPC run a touch light, and there's no caffeine — so it's a clean daily option rather than a stim bomb. The raw actives are still cheap to buy loose, but as tubs go this is one of the fair ones.

Wrecked verdict

Heavily dosed and transparent — citrulline, beta-alanine and betaine are all at or above clinical levels. Formula-A. Like every mega-tub it's really a bet on the tub tax: the underlying powders are cheap to buy loose.
