TestoPrime verdict
This is a masterclass in "equivalent" inflation. The label shouts 668mg ashwagandha, 8,000mg ginseng, 1,600mg garlic, 4,000mg green tea — but read the small print and those are raw-herb equivalents. The actual extract you get is 55mg ashwagandha, 40mg ginseng, 16mg garlic. Graded on the real amounts, only the zinc hits its dose; almost everything else is fairy dust wearing a big number. Fully disclosed, to its credit — but the disclosure is what exposes it.
Prime Male verdict
The honest one of the bunch — and it grades better because it doesn't play the 'equivalent' game. Real 300mg KSM-66, real 120mg ginseng, real 1,600mg D-aspartic acid, solid zinc and vitamin D. Several are still under their studied dose (the ashwagandha and ginseng are half), but these are actual amounts, not raw-herb inflation. It's a fair formula sold at a premium; the same actives cost a fraction bought loose.
