Total-T verdict
Built around "Tesnor" (a pomegranate + cocoa extract, 400mg) plus fenugreek and a token of zinc, with an aggressive upsell to a "Maxx" version costing ~$100 more. Graded on the disclosed numbers, the Testofen fenugreek and boron land — but 1mg of zinc, 2mg of B6 and a splash of citrulline are label decoration. Heavy TV spend, thin formula; the parts that work are cheap staples.
Prime Male verdict
The honest one of the bunch — and it grades better because it doesn't play the 'equivalent' game. Real 300mg KSM-66, real 120mg ginseng, real 1,600mg D-aspartic acid, solid zinc and vitamin D. Several are still under their studied dose (the ashwagandha and ginseng are half), but these are actual amounts, not raw-herb inflation. It's a fair formula sold at a premium; the same actives cost a fraction bought loose.
