Creatine HCl verdict
Creatine HCl is real creatine, but the "you need less" claim is marketing — the muscle-saturation research is on 3–5g of monohydrate, and 750mg doesn't match it. HCl dissolves better, but you're paying more for a smaller, less-proven dose. Monohydrate at 5g is cheaper and better studied.
Creatine verdict
Genuinely great quality — Creapure monohydrate, third-party certified — and the 5g dose is perfect. But it's still just creatine monohydrate at a premium price. The certification is worth something to tested athletes; for everyone else, bulk monohydrate is the same molecule for a fraction.
