AG1 verdict
AG1 packs 75 ingredients into proprietary blends, which means most are present in fairy-dust amounts you can't verify. The two or three that are meaningfully dosed (vitamin C, some B-vitamins) are cheap staples. Independent estimates put ~50–70% of the price on brand and marketing. The parts that actually do something — D3, magnesium, ashwagandha — you can buy in bulk for cents.
Super Greens verdict
The rare greens powder that goes the other direction — ~20 ingredients at fuller doses instead of 75 at trace amounts. Better disclosure than most and a more reasonable price. If you want a greens powder, this is a more honest value than the podcast brands.
