AG1 verdict
AG1 packs 75 ingredients into proprietary blends, which means most are present in fairy-dust amounts you can't verify. The two or three that are meaningfully dosed (vitamin C, some B-vitamins) are cheap staples. Independent estimates put ~50–70% of the price on brand and marketing. The parts that actually do something — D3, magnesium, ashwagandha — you can buy in bulk for cents.
Superfood Gummies verdict
Greens as candy: each daily pack carries 8g of added cane sugar — more sugar than any single vegetable in the bag. The vitamin layer is honest (a standard RDA multivitamin, disclosed, and cheap to buy plain), but the 8.7g "Core Nutrients Blend" is proprietary, and its first two ingredients are tapioca fiber and inulin — so the 29 fruit, veg and mushroom powders behind them split roughly 2g between them in fairy-dust amounts. At $2.86/serving you're paying gummy-bear money for a multivitamin plus a fiber gummy with a very long ingredient list.
