Muscle Milk verdict
More marketing than muscle — a protein blend padded with maltodextrin and oils, fewer servings per tub, and a "lean lipids" story that just means added fat. It's convenient and everywhere, but per gram of quality protein it's a poor value next to a straight whey. Better options cost the same or less.
Whey Protein verdict
Genuinely good whey — 25g protein, fully disclosed, famous for flavor collabs (Oreo, Chips Ahoy). The protein is solid; you're paying a lifestyle-brand premium over commodity whey. If flavor matters to you it's worth it; if not, a plain isolate is cheaper per gram.
